What’s more, you can also go online free-of-charge via the Wi-Fi service to use Online Betting Service (eWin)# and PDA Betting Service#. Service for Disabled Customers

Both the Public and Members' Enclosures of both racecourses are equipped with facilities for disabled customers, including ramps and toilets, to ensure that our valuable customers enjoy a hassle-free racing experience. Disabled customers traveling to and from the racecourses are suggested to travel via taxi, private car or Rehabus.

Sha Tin Racecourse: Customers going to the Members' Enclosure should be dropped off at the Members Main Entrance after which they may take the Disabled Lift to the Admission Concourse. Customers going to the Public Enclosure should be dropped off at Public Admission Gate 1.

Happy Valley Racecourse: Customers going to the Members' Enclosure should be dropped off at the Main Entrance of the Members Enclosure or the Moon Koon Restaurant, after which they may take the Disabled Lift. Customers going to the Public Enclosure should be dropped off at Public Admission Gate.
